All monsters drop Elements of Fire , Wind , Water .....with them you can buy the armor.

8 Raid Bosses drop 10-30 Elements.

1 part of armor cost 100 Fire 200 Water 300 Wind.

 

About Lunargent i work now to a zone with Nobless Quest items drop.

yes it looks nice but unfortunately not all players like new extra items like armors and weapons, official items are the best :)  (this is my opinion!)
