Νομίζω πως είσαι εντάξει τώρα. Αν θέλεις να βάλεις και άλλο "item-tatoo" απλά κάνεις το εξής:

12345 Item Name         -1 0 0 0

Στο 12345 βάζεις το ID του item και στο Item Name το όνομα που θέλεις.
