Help with server

Well ... I and some friends are making a l2 server epilogue but we had some problems and it is delaying much the server so we are looking for someone who has experience setting up servers to help us setting up the custom things, change the time of the buffs, etc. We are willing to pay those who help us with all that.

As I can understand, u had lags, most likely it is caused by not enough hardware/net connection.
