l2phx crashes oO

hey ppl i've  a problem, every time I try to start L2Phx it crashes before start... i've noticed to have this problem from when I've installed the direct X 10... now i don't know how to remove it, and also i don't know if is this the problem for real,

 

can someone pls help me? T_T

sorry i've posted it in the wrong section ^^"..

however i've resolved, the problem was windowblinds xD, now everything works perfectly, thx anyway ^^
