No internet connection help me

Hi look guys i wont to create l2off server and i have problem with windows server 2003 enterprise edition x64

 

i installed a this windows and there is no internet connection i have connected to router. i tryed to found in google i did't found ://

 

and i broke my disk for mainboard drivers :// have some ideas? please help me :(

i said i broke a cd, and i ask any ideas how to do it without cd or somthing. i tryed search in internet but i din't found....
