Yeah... But you have to say why it sucks, anyway....

 

Rozdex you did the same mistake like me in my first one.

When you make the borders just low the opacity of outer glow, use stroke with low opacity too....

If you want i can send you my PSD to see what effects i used. ;)

Menu texts too big,

Menu box too big,

Glows are too big  (Yellow Glows),

And you should work more on the texts, too.
