You have put on mysql password? If yes put it on configs too. If no remove it from the configs.

Access denied for user 'root@localhost', thats the problem

the missing configs are just warnings, because the server has a default value for them

anyway for configs missing, just copy all the original files from svn and edit them, and add your custom configs if you add smth to the core

man i cant add all custom agin couse i dont remember all the custom files

 

2)i edit password and the ips and show me same error on start up

the problem is from the password... im 100% sure maybe its wrong... why dont you reinstall mysql with simple password... :D
