[HELP]Buffer

Guys i have a prob with my buffer...i get this error

i have apply the quest at init.py (i think is correct...)

__all__ = [

'3995_echo',

'4000_ShadowWeapons',

'7000_HeroItems',

'8000_RaidbossInfo',

'6050_KetraOrcSupport',

'6051_VarkaSilenosSupport',

'9999_NPCBuffer',

also i have check the imports on init.py and it's correct...when i click to buffer it say's me this :

You are either not carrying out your quest or don't meet the criteria.

1stly delete  -,-  from  '9999_NPCBuffer', why? couse its the last import

2ndly check your buffer init.py
