[help]svn: warning: cannot set LC_CTYPE locale

hello maxcheaters. i have downloaded CollabNet Subversion Command-Line Client

from Here.

i have install it, write path in Enviroment Variables.

but when im going to start->run->cmd

and typeing svn --version i have error
