[Request] Wolverine Claws for CT2.4

As the title says, i'd love for these claws to be adapted to CT2.4.

I'd do it myself but i don't seem to  understand the guides on how to do it..

Bump! anybody can help with this? It's not like i want someone  to do the work for me, i just don't understand how to properly adapt an item from a chronicle to another. if some1 would be so kind to explain to me in details how to do it i would.
