🔤 In the original document letters breathe unevenly. The pairs AV, To, Wa are fitted by hand – state fonts carry their own seating logic, nothing like a word processor.

📏 The system measures letter spacing pairwise, pixel by pixel. A stock font lays letters flat and even – and that evenness sounds like a siren.

🎯 Kerning is the document's handwriting. Every country, every revision has its own. Copy a font from the internet and you've copied someone else's handwriting, not this one.
