View Exchange Packets Interlude

Hello, i need a program to inspect packets exchanged between client and server, i tried to download hlapex (i used many time before) but links broken and trojans everywhere, so i try lphx but i dont have enought posts, to see that post in exploits section :(

 

so , what program do you recommend me to see that packets(only need to see the opcode) in interlude?
