Well, i'm really new in photoshop to comment signatures but i'm gonna give a try ;)

 

1) I can see you used some abstracts and you made a good color matching and your render is in a good position and you used a stock right ? Rate : 8/10

 

2) I don't like it. No color matching, two renders which the one is behind the other and you can't see it clearly so you did a wrong render placement. Also you should match better you layers. Rate: 5/10
