[Help] Sig prob.

Hey there,

 

Dunno if i am at the right one section.If i am not move it to the right one ;)

 

So, my problem is that:

 

I create a background but when i am going to place my render (A naruto character with black theme) the black theme goes up to my backround and i can't see the backround.What's the problem? (I wanna place only the character onto the backround not and the black theme!)
