NBA 2K10 ONLINE PROBLEM

Hello....i had downloaded the nba 2k10 a week now and i when im trying  to play an online match i got a problem.....i dont know why  but i cant make my controller play.... at the menu and on single player mode works fine but on online the only thing  that does is to choose team....when the time comes to press the button for ready it doesnt do anything......if anybody knows the solution pliz post here or send me an e mail on : stavroc.lawl@hotmail.com ... .ty

how you play online? aybe you think that you play .. you need to have the original one to play .. and as you said you downloaded ...
