To begin with, the focal has been screwed up.

Some parts of the c4d cover the face, so a bad outcome is created.

 

Also, the colours should be balanced.

As you may have realised you are blending a warm with a cold colour.

This means that even if their mix can create something good, you have to mix them properly in order to reach that "good", something that you didn't do here.

Also, for an unknown reason my eye is attracted by some parts of the stock, something that shouldn't happen, since you have placed a render to attract the viewer's attention.

 

Last but not least, you placed the text well, but you used the wrong colour and font.

You should pay attention in such matters.

 

As a general outcome, I'm sorry to say it, but it is bad.
