This is similar to the other topic, you can get grenades in walls, and with flashbangs you blind everybody near to them.

 

 

This works where the ceiling is like lower than how high you jump or you feel like you can't jump properly when you jump (not duck jump).

 

 

For example, here are the hostage room doors in cs_assault. Here, when you try to jump, you feel like you can't go as high as the size of the door, except when you duck jump.

Then, go to those doors with your grenade, and look the ceiling.

Here you have to duck jump, and when you are like hitting the ceiling, throw your grenade. The grenade will go in the ceiling.

 

This work for like all windows, doors, etc...
