I am running L2J Server latest rev. And I need to create the global gate keeper. Please help me out, I am new with this

  Well it's up to the owner of the project to decide. If he feels modifications might be the gray area of the law, his project his rules who are we to judge. Anyhow its very remarkable that in about a week he has done such substantial work that eglobal needed years and 70 devs to do.
