[HELP]Wrong game?!

When i open my counter strike 1.6 dedicated server from my counter strike directory(C:\Program Files\Counter Strike)the game which is displayed on someone's 'Favorites game list' is Counter Strike.

But when i open it from the HLDS file(C:\HLDS)the game which is displayed in someone's 'Favorites game list' is Counter Strike Source.

Because of that,some guys can't join in my server cuz it writes:Your game's version is different from server's.

Anyone knows why this happens?

Do you put in console INTERNET?

I mean you have 2 chose.

Lan and Internet chose Internet.

If still dont work something is wrong with your cs.

Thats why i hate dedicate servers.

It's 'internet' and game 'counter strike'.So,nobody knows why it happens?

U have to download something called swds 47+48 patcher

this patch makes Ur server works on 47 and 48and if u have any source server it will be changed to counter-strike when U download the swds patcher

Or

U can add in our server.cfg

amx_gamename "Counter-Strike

Hmm,i have that patcher and the truth is that i don't remember if i had used it in the past(when i first made the HLDS directory).I will give it a try and i will edit the post for the results :)

 

Nothing happened.I will c/p the archives from the counter strike directory.

Anyway lock it.I don't think there are more solutions :/
