[Request]Npc top pvp/pk interlude

Well my cousin have  a server,i am gm and we are goinf to well with it .

Now we want a npc top pvp/pk for interlude.We use l2jarchid pack and i want your help.

 

We download on e npc from here but when we spawned it it tell that "Your are not critiria"something like that..

 

 

If you can help me thnx you very  much.

they may have an error: you will have to press to top pvp or pk 2 times, before it show up he list. list is updated after server restart.

we have download the 1st one and when i click at lista it show me this.

 

"You dont meet the critiria mpla mpla mpla"

 

What i am supposed to do?
