Talk about useless.. Try uploading it to an English hosting server as the translation means nothing to people who do not have a Russian keyboard layout. :P

 

Any hints as to what the verification image means in another language? Pointless unless you read and write in Russian.

 

Seems the only way to get the code is to pay for it or something.
