[HELP]Anyone knows why this happens?

I gave access to a guy in my server but i have two problems.I've made a topic before some days,i thought it's solved but no.

My friend had a wrong setinfo _pw and he was getting kick from server.But in my server console it didn't write "You have no entry to the server."It was writing this->"Nemas ziadny zaznam na servery..."

Only in HIS access this message is shown.Why this happens? :-\

maybe he have a serbian patch in his cs 1.6 but this means ""You have no entry to the server." as you can also see here:

Hmm,so it's HIS fault and not mine huh? :-\

it seems so,tell him to unistall cs and install it from a different link,and then try again

Anyway where's the problem?Just add the right password
