Wow, you need to improve your skills A LOT!

To begin with, how can you match light blue and grey as colours?

Also, the text is a huge failure in my point of view, especially at v3 (Don't tell me that it's a tech brush!)

Not to mention that there is no flow or depth at all..

Anyway, consider adding some borders (they may hide a few really dangerous things).
