I tried blending the smudge to her,not making background smudge,if it was background smudge it wouldn't look like this,not even a 1% from this,it's really hard to make a attractive background smudge.

Needs more work on it.Just try to blend it in another way.So delete all that smudge and smudge in the same way at up left and down right.

Now,you can place some retro-like text @ blank space and make it much better.
