You could try www.infernopvp.com; Epilogue with instant rates (directly lvl 85) and relatively easy farm (for dynasty it's very easy)

inferno dont have npc with full buff itp ;)

and if u want +++ your skils u must far alot sp/adena

but its nice serv...
