U have an srv l2 and u want make vote on hopzone . How u make vote ?? . Is not haack is a trick :D . U need and ip dynamic go web and vote disconnect u network and connect again and vote , make this again , again , and again . :D IS EASY :P

 

BUT don`t abusing because u can risk banned on vote web or take u vote forum . ( This happend to me )

I think any good admin should know something about internet and so. Which includes dynamic IP's and how do they work.
