[Help] Choice and change language in the game

How do I do to have a choice, for example, English on French as well as on the screenshot below

Ncsofy localization.ini has predicted only in those languages

Language = 8

0 = Korea

1 = Deutsch

2 = Japan

3 = Taiwan

4 = China

5 = Thailand

6 = Philippine

7 = Indonesia

8 = Russia (as a change in the Czech language example, it's still there, writes Russian)
