hey, ive been wanting to help dev a server for some time now... please PM me if anyone is looking for some help...

Better dont make l2off server.

Try l2j.

Better dont make l2off server.

Try l2j.

L2 OFF is easer to dev than l2j (/html/script folders) i mean. You could made great serv with just only there folders.
