I don't think you won't get it again even if you reinstall, but consider this, l2.exe includes sometimes hooks and virtual protect, and you only have 512 ram, consider upgradeing to 700mb for each lineage you start +500 mb for os, if you have x64 system 2gb is the minimum, but x64 system can give faster performance for optimised apps, on average recompiling for x64 with no optimisation gives 10% more performance due to full use of cpu registers

 

Ps: the virtual protect is possible to cause the error when data gets sent to pagefile
