Help for salvation

When i m dead with salvation and i restart,my buffs still remain and its like the effect has not worn off.

I want salvation to get cancel(with buffs) if a player restarts (like latest revisions).

Any kind of help would be appreciated.

I cant think of any mod for this.If somebody knows pls post here,i want to fix it asap.
