i think with unrealED u can see the codes.. but ofcourse u cant edit them... and btw what u wanna change ? u can find the skill animations codes from skillgrp anyways.. :/

Meyby you will find it but you can't edit it so easy you must know skill action code replace it and etc ... hard work but you can do it  ! :D
