how you supposed to find unused classes and methods with only eclipse?if its a private method sure you get warning but if its a public method or protected maybe a default class you will never find it just with eclipse...

nono point of the plugin is: cleanup the codebase with detect unused methods/classes/variables/fields and reduce the visibility in order to have a well coded codebase and much more easier job for the developers...eclipse as it is cant do that without a plugin
