Just get to your settings panel > Video > Advanced and get everything to "Low"

Your FPS will increase like 100 more.

I ruined one  pc on BNB nets using nvidia fps max 999 fps_modem 999 and developer 1 the fps was 900 stucked and the gameplay was slower than a replay lol;p
