For the icons in the Desktop

HIT THE CTRL BUTTON DOWN AND WITH YOUR MOUSE SCROLL UP (FOR MAKING THEM BIGGER) OR SCROLL DOWN (TO MAKE THE SMALLER)

If it is for icons of desktop

 

right click on taskbar -> properties -> Use small icons. tick or untick it depending on that you want.

 

If it is for tabs of taskbar

 

right click on taskbar -> properties -> Taskbar buttons - Never Combine

for the deskop right click and there like a one folder.

if any know how can make  small  start... and full  deskop(small)too text and all another program no only icons and when me rr pc got back bigger icona how can save this small and when rr will stay
