I heard in DNet a few players use some kind of "damage booster" for modify IN/OUT damage of their characters. It's possible? ???

lol never heard about such thing, imo its impossible have something like dmg booster, the only thing u can have to inscrease ur STATS and dmg are buffs and bosses jewelery

You can do this with Hlapex or L2phx.

Find some information about this using search, and you´ll find how can you modify your stats.

Packet hacks aren't working in dnet and i haven't heard about this before so i think it dosen't exist
