I want to know if anyone knows,

What frames (Video Frames) are in this avatar ?

AGAIN:

 

• Choose File » Import » Video Frames to Layers

In the file browser type *.* in the File Name and press Enter or click Load.

It will not open any file, but it will view every file without restriction of Type of Files.

Open Your GIF file, it will show You a dialog box regarding the imports. Press OK to import as default.

• The file is opened in Animation (frames). You can view it from Windows » Animation
  
• Now just edit it, export frames or do what You like

lol.. But I want to write my name, and when I try to edit it it just looks awfull..

You can do that, just do as I wrote, it can't be explained more simple..

Man, I understand it, but I have to delete the text within, then write my text, but when I delete the text that there is now, it becomes ugly..
