1. Search for Ogg to mp3 conventer, Install it, bla bla (Let me search for you

2. Convent own mp3 music to ogg. Save it...

3. Go to Music folder inside Lineage II folder (default C:/Program Files/Lineage/Music) and find out town witch music you want to change (nt_giran or whatever)

4. Just delete it, and rename converted Music, same like this witch you just delete (nt_giran etc.)

You done...
