Hello i have decided with some friends to open a warez website, we have find an offshore server that it allows warez linking and adult content but we don't know if we will be legal.

 

We are living on Greece and the server will be on Netherlands, so know our questions are:

 

We will share music,games,applications,movies and adult content but we will be legal,

or any publisher, producer or author of something can bring a complaint to us ?

 

Is it safe to open a warez website hosted at offshore server on Netherlands that the web hosting company allows warez linking and adult content?

gamato.info wasn't a warez linking site, gamato.info was a torrent tracker.

 

And if is not legal to host warez linking on Netherlands why Warez Web Hosting still exists?

 

EDIT: Maxtor also have a warez site, why he is not in jail ? xD

i didn't told you that it is illegal. i told you that it is not gonna succeed cause none will upload , just taking the links from another sites.

i think on Netherlands warez linking in LEGAL and warez uploading is Illegal

similar on Hong Kong and Irak i think so..

Because gamato.info is a very populated site and many people visit it to download material, which has caused damage to some companies.

Well yeah, and i wonder why it is still open. But that doesn't mean that opening a warez forum does not contain risk!

If you are Legal with the web hosting TOS(Terms Of Services) i think is not contain any risk, but i want to be sure for that.
