[HELP] LAG PROBLEM !

I have a problem with in game LAG . The players tell me that they have lag. But i dont know why. I need to make some specials settings ? or what ? please help me.

 

Im using l2jofficial.

 

I dont think it have lag because of my machine.

Server Specs :

Intel Quad Core Xeon 2.6GHz

HDD : 320GB

RAM : 8 GB DDR3

Internet : 50mb/s download and 20mb/s upload. (The internet connection it's very good.)

OS : Windows Server 2003 R2 x64

I didnt receive any attack , i have a Cisco Firewall Router . And dont have logs of any attack. Im 100% sure that i didnt was attacked

Have you estimated the lag reports from the players, if they are two-three specific players who reporting that they are lagging, it could be just their connection maybe their netcafe which they are playing from, not yours. If it's otherwise then test your connection too.

Also, maybe the server has overloaded, how many people there are mostly online?

Also try to lower ur Max ppl online cap, and check if its still lagging...
