Hello mxc, i have an question for ya..

I am wondering how i can make an site like this.

http://lineage2.100ka.cz

Note that you can for example register to the site comment on the sites news, etc etc.

Well it's not site rip its made with some kinda DB.

If anyone knows please tell me about :)
