New Interlude project (low rate)

First of all hy  My name is leo and after i played on some low rate servers I had decided to open one. I am a skilled dev for l2j/l2off so i can do my best to make this server alive, but as you can see I need some opinions/suggestions before i can start this project. I am counting on you guys to help my , so who wants a low rate interlude server just post on this forum. Thx for spending your time reading this msg.
