[Help] Debuff problem

hi,

when a dominator uses debuff or a tank uses hate skill, other clan's members in same ally get those debuffs...

how can i fix this problem?

hate affects clan/ally members in retail too, its not a bug, try to check from java the skills that dont affect ally members and the domi debuffs and mess with the code
