How to invite people to party in OOG bot ?

I have a BIG for me (propably trivial for you) the problem.

 

Once installed, L2Walker OOG 10.8.8 I do not know how to add people to the party.

When I type in the box L2Information -> bottom "/invite mychar" rather than add to the party prints "/invite mychar" in general chat - not inviting to the party :(. When I Walker 10.9.0 this problem did not exist.

Please help: How do I add people to the party!

in a player list click right  mouse button and then look for a Invite [ Party ] .

Yes, but i need to invite chars who goes far far away, and i don't see them on player list :/
