Need help to make L2Phx work on this server

Hello guys.. i need some help cuz i wanna make l2phx work at this server:

 

L2Row.com

 

- Server's client version (Hellbound)

- Type of programming language (L2 Off)

- Link of the server http://l2row.com/

 

I can make L2Phx enter the game but i can't do anything there..

Any help?
