i need to open some file DLL but i can open with Resource Tuner..

what program i need??

What you mean with open ? You want to disassemble it or just edit some resources ?

download Resource Hacker .. u can use it to edit files like these .exe etc..! ;)

Something else. is better to use IDA . is much better . http://www.hex-rays.com/idapro/ .

IDA is a Dissasembler not a Resource Editor.
