validcode Posted August 29, 2007 Posted August 29, 2007 i want to have static ip and when i rebott my ip no change i go to to no-ip and i become a member and nothing happen ( i post here cuz on other forums have no peaople sorry )
mexican24 Posted August 30, 2007 Posted August 30, 2007 First.. use no-ip service wont make your ip a static ip adress.. and second try to use www.google.com and search for another ISP. this might help you with such problem
derf Posted August 30, 2007 Posted August 30, 2007 If you have a router you can change your MAC-Address, which in, obviously would change your IP Address. Otherwise, you can do the ipconfig /new in CMD then reset or unplug your the power supply from your cable modem and wait couple of minutes - days, depending on your type of modem

Arthes Posted August 30, 2007 Posted August 30, 2007 You just go to your routers control panel you know the adress and password and you disconect then reconect and you will have a new ip.
