any can tell me i got on my dynasty phantom dark lvl2 but if me give 1more dark stone can failed? and if failed got stil on my wep dark lvl2 or gor back to 0?

The chance is not the same in all levels. Each level has it's own percentage.

 

And yes , if it fails , it will go back to 0.
