i tried to make signatures alone without reading any kind of guide

i know its not good but i want your opinion as my first work

He prolly rewrited one tutorial from google.

 

Your sigs sux hard.

try to use smaller sizes i like 300 -110 use sharpen and smaller text font add some border and if you dont know how  create a new layer go to select > all after open the edit > stroke

try to add some depth. Anyway you are newbie right? i will rate you 8/10
