Just copy the brushes you want to use to: C-Program Files-Adobe-Adobe Photoshop CS4-Presets-Brushes-

 

If u want, you can create a special folder and put all your brushes in it. I

called mine: "Custom", so the path of brushes in my computer is: C-Program  

Files-Adobe-Adobe Photoshop CS4-Presets-Brushes-Custom.
