why you ask it how you can make later modifications in the core if you compiled it aka you have the source code?

You add fixes in eclipse and compile again, then replace files in gameserver folder.

i have source i used l2jteon i know this for add fix eclipse and then compile but wher then can replace in games folder? btw need find on game server java folde?

You need to replace only l2jserver.jar
